One of my all time favourite restaurants that we visit every year.
Every year around my birthday myself and my partner make sure we take an annual trip to Thornton Le Dale (near Pickering) for the weekend, and of course for a meal at Brandysnap Bistro.
Since discovering this place 5 years ago, we are still overwhelmed by how much we enjoy visiting this cute little bistro and the quality of food and service that we receive. This small restaurant is owned and run by husband and wife, and all food is freshly homemade. The cuisine is very much traditional fine dining and ingredients are locally sourced.
The food is exquisite every time we dine here, and we always each order 3 courses so that we aren’t missing out on anything.
We particularly enjoy the cheese soufflé which is one of the best we have eaten, and the pork and lamb dishes, and not forgetting the sticky toffee pudding dessert, and the ice cream with brandy snap – all freshly home made!!
I can’t wait to visit again next year!
