Plant-based and packed with protein and flavour by Bosh! [ad]

This range of microwavable meals & pizzas from Bosh!, a company founded originally in Sheffield by Henry Firth & Ian Theasby, are now available at Tesco. Proud to bring you easy to make and flavoursome, plant-based meals which are nutritious, Bosh! have also provided a great source of fibre.

We’ve tried a couple of the meals and pizzas already and have loved them! The pizzas are actually really tasty and very filling, and we like that you get a separate sauce to drizzle over the pizza after it’s cooked. The microwave meals are so convenient, especially when we are both working from home or at the office – very easy to just pop in the microwave and enjoy at our desks! My favourite so far is the Bean Chilli 🌶👌🏼

Not only have this inspirational duo brought these meals out to market, they also have a collection of recipe books, selling over 1million copies so far, and have just launched a new book this month; More Plants. They post new & delicious plant-based recipes weekly on their socials too.
